Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, and related security systems.
Perform cabling, device mounting, and system integrations at client sites.
Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV systems and related hardware.
Conduct routine maintenance and service calls.
Provide demonstrations and basic training to clients on system usage.
Sales & Client Interaction:
Engage in field visits to corporate clients for installations and support.
Understand client requirements and upsell CCTV and security products when applicable.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new leads during service calls.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
