Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, including hardware and software issues.

• Handle component-level repairs such as display, battery, charging jack, mic, speaker, and motherboard.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks after repairs.

• Manage spare parts, inventory, and ensure proper usage of tools/equipment.

• Maintain repair logs and update CRM/service systems accurately.

• Provide customer support for walk-ins and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

• Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and service quality standards.

• Support warranty and out-of-warranty repair cases as per guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.

• Hands-on experience in chip-level/mobile board repair.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve handset issues efficiently.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of spare part operations and service processes.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Mobile Repair Certification preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in mobile repair/service centers.
