Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test technical equipment, hardware, or systems at client or job sites

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the field

Respond to service requests, follow up with clients, and complete work within agreed timelines

Keep accurate records of service visits, installations using company-provided tools.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Communicate effectively with clients and provide training or support when necessary

Collaborate with internal teams to report field issues and escalate complex problems

Qualifications:

High school Intermediate or equivalent: preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to travel and work in varying environmental conditions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Frequent travel to customer locations

Ability to lift and carry equipment.

Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments, sometimes in confined spaces or at heights
