systems).

● Perform diagnostics and field troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical failures.

● Log field issues and vehicle data for further analysis (CAN logs, BMS readouts).

● Implement firmware and hardware upgrades on buses as directed.

● Maintain SOPs for the servicing of the vehicles.

● Maintain TAT for resolving the repair/maintenance/breakdown.

● Collaborate with depot and OEM support for issue resolution and part replacements.
