1. The Vendor would ensure we have 24x7x365 days operator’s services at the site.
2. The operators would manage/operate and monitor the functionality of the safety security systems.
3. The operators would respond to any alarms if it occurs and identify the reason and track until closed.
4. The operators would print reports / history pertaining to the problem occurred.
5. The operators would maintain all the Daily / Weekly / Monthly /Quarterly records instructed by the clients.
6. The operators would register the complaint from the user & take corrective action.
