Job description –

Responsibilities:

1) Skill person for Assembly shop maintenance

2) Mechatronics maintenance skill

3) Exposure of automotive industry

4) Good knowledge of Conveyor maintenance, electrical & electronics troubleshooting, Mechanical maintenance, PLC i/o troubleshooting

5) Able to do trouble shooting and Maintenance of Fanuc Robots, Siemens PLC, Servo Drives, HMI, SCADA

6) Able to do Preventive maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of Chain Conveyors, Gears, Pneumatics, Servo Slides, Gantry, geametry alignments.

7) Hands on experience with critical processes like IPG laser welding, Robotics, Servo Press, Sealant dispensing, End of Line (EOL) Testers.

8) Should be able to do alignment of all type of Conveyors, Servo presses spindle, fixtures, tooling. Able to perform Vibration, temperature, NVH.
