Job Description : Supervise and guide field technicians during installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and safety awareness
Plan and allocate daily tasks and resources for field operations.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Provide expert-level assistance in resolving complex technical issues
Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety protocols
Communicate with clients to understand service requirements and provide updates
Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with field services
Maintain accurate records of field activities, service reports, and equipment usage
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Minimum qualification: Diploma/ Any Degree
Experience Range: Experience: 1–2 years. Take-home salary will depend on the candidate's experience and individual expertise. Preference will be given to candidates from the vending industry.
