Support Executive:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls and queries from dairy societies and software users.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting via phone or remote tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
Maintain accurate call logs and support tickets in the CRM system.
Provide timely follow-up to ensure resolution of queries.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
Conduct courtesy calls to gather feedback and promote support quality.
Assist in basic product training during new installations or upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Proven experience in helpdesk, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with remote support tools.
Ability to work in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset.
Salary: 15k to 20k pm
