Job Title: Installation and Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation and Service Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company equipment at customer sites. This role demands strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission equipment at customer locations as per company standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Diagnose and repair technical faults and issues on-site or remotely.
Provide on-site training and support to customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain service reports and documentation for all work carried out.
Coordinate with the internal technical team and escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks.
Offer timely support and communication to clients to ensure satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the product and development team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or field service role. (Freshers with strong technical skills may be considered.)
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing instruments
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently (local and/or outstation)
Valid driving license (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Knowledge of PLC systems / control panels / automation systems (if relevant)

Certification in safety or technical training courses
