Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Field Service Engineer with strong experience in GPS-based systems, electronic devices, troubleshooting, installation, and field support. The ideal candidate must be able to manage client sites, perform equipment servicing, and ensure smooth technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain GPS tracking devices, electronic equipment, sensors, and related hardware.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at client locations.

• Conduct routine service visits, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.

• Provide on-site technical support, training, and demonstration to clients.

• Handle wiring, soldering, circuit checks, and electronic testing.

• Document service activities, prepare reports, and update service logs.

• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, replacements, and technical escalation.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.

• Perform field visits across regions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in GPS devices, electronics, field service, telematics, or related equipment.

• Good knowledge of wiring, circuits, diagnostic tools, and electronic repair.

• Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willing to travel extensively for field support.

• Male candidates preferred (field travel requirement).

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / BE / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related field.

Additional Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler license preferred.

• Ability to manage tools and equipment.

• Flexible with work timings and field operations.
