g. Shall ensure that service will be done in correct way with the help of trouble shooting charts.

h. Shall ensure to update accurate service report while attending service calls.

i. Shall escalate to Field TL/SQM if the product is beyond repair or technical support required for doing service.

j. Shall submit travel report daily at the end of day.

k. Shall travel within the company travel policy and collect and submit all bills in time for claiming expenses.
