• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and courteously.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests related to VIP Lite process.

• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues efficiently.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional service experience.

• Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the internal systems/CRM.

• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issue resolution and service completion.

• Work collaboratively with team members and report updates to team leaders or supervisors.

• Adhere to call quality, response time, and service targets as defined.

• Stay updated with service features, changes, and process improvements.
