Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of parts.

• Upsell recommended maintenance services to improve vehicle longevity and performance.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolution.

• Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

• Meet performance targets including service revenue, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
