Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Reception:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
Record complaints accurately and professionally.
Job Card Preparation:
Open job cards with detailed service requests.
Recommend necessary repairs and scheduled maintenance.
Technical Coordination:
Liaise between customer and workshop technicians.
Ensure correct diagnosis and timely repair.
Cost Estimation & Approvals:
Share service/repair estimates with customers.
Take approvals for extra jobs or part replacements.
Quality Control & Test Drive:
Conduct pre-delivery inspection or test drive.
Ensure vehicle is cleaned and quality-checked before handover.
Customer Updates:
Keep customers informed during the service process.
Communicate delays or changes in expected delivery time.
Vehicle Delivery & Feedback:
Explain work done and billing at the time of delivery.
Take feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow-up:
Post-service follow-up calls to ensure no issues.
Promote repeat business and service reminders.
