Job Summary

Cars24 is hiring Evaluation Engineers to join our growing team. The role involves evaluating and inspecting 4-wheeler vehicles, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring fair and accurate assessments. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of automobiles, hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, and strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate used cars thoroughly (engine, transmission, body, tires, etc.).

• Identify accidental damage, replacement parts, and mechanical issues.

• Prepare accurate vehicle evaluation reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team to provide technical inputs.

• Handle customer queries during the car evaluation process.

• Ensure transparency and fairness in every evaluation.

• Support the branch in achieving business targets through quality assessments.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile inspection/evaluation.

• Knowledge of 4-wheeler vehicle parts, engines, and systems.

• Driving license (mandatory) – ability to drive both manual and automatic cars.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in evaluation/inspection at automobile dealerships, workshops, or related industry.

• Familiarity with car market trends and pricing.
