your role will be to provide expert assistance to customers regarding car audio systems, mobile phones, and related accessories.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines including amplifiers, speakers, head units, mobile devices, chargers, etc.
Provide product recommendations, troubleshooting help, and usage guidance based on customer needs.
Ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service in the car audio or mobile phone/accessories industry.
