Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible RO Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair domestic and industrial water purifiers, including RO and UV systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install RO water purifiers (domestic and industrial) as per company standards.

• Conduct regular maintenance visits for filter replacement, TDS check, and cleaning.

• Attend customer complaints related to RO, UV systems, and perform troubleshooting.

• Replace faulty parts such as filters, membranes, pumps, and pipes.

• Maintain service logs and report work status to the supervisor.

• Provide service to other appliances like water heaters (geysers), kitchen chimneys, and LED TVs if trained.

• Educate customers on proper maintenance and usage.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety during onsite visits.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred.

• Proven experience in RO installation and servicing (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

• Basic knowledge of water purification technologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with multiple RO brands and models.

• Experience in servicing additional home appliances is a plus.
