Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of the assigned facilities and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and local or national legal requirements in a manner consistent with high-quality maintenance and economical operations. Providing excellent customer service to building occupiers always.
Key Duties
· Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
· Operate required Utility Equipment as necessary
· Monitor and Record parameters of all Utility equipment as per the check list
· Implement preventative maintenance measures
· Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
· Attend to Customer Complaint
· Perform shut down activities
· Keep equipment and work site clean and tidy
· Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
· Support and Performing Carpentry & Plumbing works
· Identify, Perform and Implement Energy Conservation & Cost Saving activities
· Report incidents, Accidents and implementing Correction, Corrective Action & Improvement activities.
· Coordinate with AMC Suppliers
· Follow HSQE Standards and Guidelines
· Implement Integrated Management System
Personal Specification
· ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic mechanic
· BE/BTech – Electrical, Mechanical, instrumentation, ECE
· 2 to 5 years in facilities management and building operations experience
· Strong ability to multi-task
