Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building services. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities, particularly in fast-paced environments like coworking spaces, commercial offices, or mixed-use buildings.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, switches, circuit breakers, and power outlets.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

• Support HVAC system operation, including air handling units, split ACs, filters, and ducting.

• Inspect and maintain fire alarm, fire-fighting equipment, and safety systems.

• Assist with general building maintenance: painting, furniture repairs, door hardware, ceiling tiles, etc.

• Respond to facility-related service requests or breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare part inventory in good condition.

• Complete daily checklists, maintenance logs, and basic documentation.

• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
