Key Responsibilities:

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Perform regular preventive maintenance of electrical panels, DG sets, AHUs, PAC units, UPS, lighting, and other systems.

• Carry out timely repairs of plumbing lines, water pumps, sanitary fittings, and drainage systems.

• Conduct basic carpentry and civil repair works when required.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are logged in maintenance registers or digital systems.

2. Electrical & HVAC Systems

• Troubleshoot and repair minor faults in electrical wiring, sockets, lights, and switches.

• Check and maintain HVAC systems (split, cassette, AHU) including filter cleaning and refrigerant checks.

• Ensure all electrical panels and circuits are safe and functional.

3. Plumbing & Mechanical

• Inspect and maintain restrooms, RO units, water tanks, and pipelines.

• Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly.

• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety and PPE protocols during work.

• Support in fire system inspections and fire extinguisher maintenance.

• Report any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.

5. Client & Team Support

• Attend service requests raised by coworkers or internal teams and close them within defined TAT.

• Coordinate with the facility executive for inventory requirements and vendor visits.

• Ensure minimal downtime and disruptions in operations.
