About the Role:
Shanti Solartech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Plant Engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of our 5 MW solar power plant in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The role is onsite, requiring hands-on involvement in maintaining optimal plant performance.

Experience Required: 1–5 years in Solar O&M

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor plant performance through SCADA and local monitoring tools
2. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and solar panels
3. Troubleshoot technical faults and ensure timely resolution
4. Maintain proper logs, documentation, and prepare performance reports
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
6. Manage spare parts, tools, and coordinate with vendors/service teams

Candidate Profile:
1. Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy
2. Experience: Minimum 1 years in Solar Power Plant O&M
3. Proficient in electrical systems, fault diagnosis, and inverter maintenance
4. Familiarity with SCADA, string/central inverters, and monitoring software
5. Willing to stay onsite at the plant in Satpuli, Pauri Garhwal
