Key Responsibilities
Material & Equipment Handling:
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for installation and repair work.
Assisting with Installation:
Help with the assembly and positioning of elevator framework, guide rails, motors, and other mechanical and electrical parts.
Assisting with Maintenance & Repair:
Support senior technicians by disassembling and assembling components using hand tools, cleaning equipment, and lubricating machinery.
Workplace Organization & Safety:
Keep work areas tidy, maintain tools, and follow strict safety protocols to prevent hazards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and report when supplies need to be replenished to maintain efficiency.
Learning & Training:
Actively learn from experienced technicians and participate in any provided training opportunities.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
