Job Title: Technician & Sr. Technician – Car Repair & Service

Job Locations: - Jamshedpur & Ranchi

CTC: 16,000 to 18,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Technicians for our Car Repair & Service division. The ideal candidates will hold a relevant technical qualification and possess hands-on experience in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing passenger vehicles. Technicians with L1 or L2 certification and knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EVs) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on vehicles (petrol, diesel, and EVs).

• Diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Replace faulty parts and conduct system checks for performance.

• Ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards before delivery.

• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to job card procedures.

• Follow SOPs and work under the supervision of senior technicians or service managers.

• Provide feedback on recurring technical issues to help improve service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronics.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automotive servicing or workshop operations.

• Must be technically sound in engine repair, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.

• L1 or L2 Certification in Automotive Service is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of EV systems (battery, motor, and power electronics) is an added benefit.

• Ability to use diagnostic tools, read wiring diagrams, and work efficiently under pressure.

• Good team player with a focus on quality and safety.
