Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ITI Fitter with 6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering setup. The candidate will be responsible for performing fitting and assembly tasks, maintenance of mechanical components, and assisting in machine installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical parts and components.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Carry out routine maintenance of machines and tools.

• Assist in the installation, alignment, and testing of machinery and equipment.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety guidelines.

• Report any defects or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

• Support senior technicians and engineers in daily operations.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

• Familiarity with workshop safety practices.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical issues.

Qualifications:

• ITI Fitter (NCVT/SCVT certified)

• 6 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering company.

Preferred Attributes:

• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical role.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Flexible for shift duties if required.
