Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

· Minimum requirement is any degree. Submission of a Completion Certificate is mandatory during the hiring process. (Client will ask for Original during the interview)

Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical wiring, control panels, or machinery assembly.

Skills:

· Strong technical knowledge in electrical panel wiring and industrial machines.

· Ability to read and work with electrical schematics and diagrams.

· Familiarity with safety standards in an assembly line setting.

Onboarding & Training:

· Candidates will receive additional training at the factory post-hiring.

· Effectiveness of prior experience and training will be validated through an interview process at the factory before final deployment on the assembly line.
