We are looking for a proactive and responsible Team Leader to manage our CCTV installation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 3-5 technicians, manage site visits, interact with clients, plan camera placements, and handle small purchases (cables, connectors, etc.). Basic technical knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the CCTV installation team on various sites.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and site layout.
Plan camera positions and suggest suitable types of cameras as per site needs.
Manage day-to-day purchases (wires, connectors, accessories) for installations.
Allocate daily tasks to team members and track work progress.
Maintain attendance and expenses of the installation team.
Ensure timely completion and quality of each project.
Build and maintain client relationships; assist in generating new leads.
