Create Lesson Plans:
Design structured class routines based on students' fitness levels and goals (e.g., flexibility, strength, stress relief).
Plan sessions for specific styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, etc.).
Assess Students’ Needs:
Evaluate students’ physical conditions, health history, and limitations.
Monitor progress and provide personalized feedback and encouragement.
Promote Holistic Wellness:
Educate students on yoga philosophy, mindfulness, diet, and stress management.
Encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Maintain a Safe and Positive Environment:
Ensure a clean, peaceful, and safe class setting.
Enforce proper alignment to prevent injuries.
Administrative Duties (if applicable):
Keep attendance records.
Manage bookings or collect feedback.
Support center’s marketing (social media posts, blogs, workshops).
