We are seeking a qualified and experienced Yoga Trainer to conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on improving physical health, flexibility, breathing, relaxation, and overall well-being. The trainer will design customized yoga programs suitable for different age groups, fitness levels, and health conditions.
Conduct daily/weekly yoga classes (group and one-on-one sessions).
Demonstrate and guide students through a variety of yoga techniques (asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation methods).
Develop customized yoga programs for participants based on their health conditions and fitness goals.
Educate participants on correct posture alignment, breathing techniques, and lifestyle practices.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all participants.
Track student progress and provide feedback and motivation.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during sessions.
Stay updated with new yoga trends, techniques, and health practices.
Certification/Diploma/Degree in Yoga from a recognized institution (AYUSH, Yoga Alliance, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Yoga Trainer (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Meditation, or other yoga styles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Ability to work with individuals of all fitness levels and age groups.
Physically fit with the ability to demonstrate postures.
Experience in therapeutic yoga for patients (mental health, rehab, lifestyle disorders).
Knowledge of diet, nutrition, and holistic wellness.
Passion for teaching and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
