Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on fundamental grammar, pronunciation, voice modulation, and accent reduction techniques.
Monitoring & Coaching:
Listen to calls, audit communication, and monitor performance to identify skill gaps and provide personalized feedback and coaching for improvement.
Needs Analysis & Program Development:
Analyze training needs, research and develop customized training modules, and create instructional materials and job aids.
Performance Assessment:
Create and administer assessments to measure progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Reporting:
Maintain and report on training activities, audit findings, and coaching sessions.
Cross-Cultural Communication:
Provide training on cross-cultural communication and international customer handling skills to enhance client interaction.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with teams to implement and evaluate training projects and contribute to process improvements within the training function.
