Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training).
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps in the sales team.
Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and handouts.
Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
