We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training in C, C++, Java, Python, and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with real-world development experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in technical training delivery. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to students or professionals, both online and offline.
Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on:
Core programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python
Full Stack Development (Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular; Backend: Node.js/Java/Python; Database: MySQL/MongoDB)
Customize training content and materials based on learner needs and current industry trends.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback and support.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, coding challenges, and hands-on projects.
Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.
Work closely with the curriculum development team to refine and update training materials.
Support learners with doubts, queries, and career guidance where applicable.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training programs.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or IT training.
Proficient in C, C++, Java, Python, and full stack development technologies.
Experience in training delivery for diverse audiences (students, working professionals, corporate clients).
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for varied learner levels.
Certification in any programming language or full stack technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms is an advantage.
Knowledge of modern frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js.
Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and Version Control (e.g., Git).
