The primary objective is to ensure that guards are fully trained in basic duties, standard operating procedures (SOPs), discipline, communication, emergency response, and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct security guard training sessions at assigned client sites.

2. Ensure guards understand and follow company policies and site-specific instructions.

3. Train guards in:

   • Parade drill: Attention, Stand at Ease, Marching

   • Gate duties, patrolling, visitor management

   • Emergency procedures (fire, theft, medical)

   • Report writing and communication protocol

   • Customer service and behavior

4. Check uniform standards, grooming, and punctuality.

5. Maintain training attendance records and submit daily reports.

6. Coordinate with site supervisors and client representatives during training.

7. Identify unfit or underperforming guards and recommend corrective action.

8. Ensure compliance with all safety and security standards.
