Job Title: QSR Trainer
Department: Learning & Development / Operations
Location: Bangalore
Deliver structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and classroom sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Conduct training in SOPs, food preparation standards, customer service, hygiene & safety, and POS usage.
Train and coach Store Managers, Team Members, and Buddy Trainers to uphold brand and service quality.
Create and update training content, visual aids, job aids, and training manuals.
Conduct regular skill assessments, knowledge checks, and refresher training.
Monitor store operations to identify training needs and gaps.
Support new store openings with end-to-end training plans and implementation.
Maintain training documentation and track employee progress.
Collaborate with the L&D and Operations team for continuous improvement in training delivery and employee performance.
Ensure alignment with FSSAI, safety, and brand compliance guidelines.
