• Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Certified Trainers preferred

• Conduct engaging classroom sessions

• Groom students for cabin crew, ground staff, and customer service roles

• Work on improving student communication, etiquette, and confidence

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

• Support the academic team with session planning & execution
