Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery — Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on financial products such as:
Life & Health Insurance
Mutual Funds
Stock Market & Trading
Investment Advisory & Wealth Management
Curriculum Development — Design and update training materials, presentations, and manuals tailored to different learning levels.
Performance Coaching — Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and ensure knowledge retention and application.
Product Expertise — Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, product updates, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant training.
Onboarding Support — Facilitate new employee and partner induction programs with focus on product knowledge and compliance.
Assessments & Certifications — Conduct tests, evaluations, and certification programs to validate learning outcomes.
Knowledge Sharing — Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for queries related to financial products and advisory techniques.
Continuous Improvement — Gather feedback, measure training effectiveness, and suggest improvements to programs and methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline preferred).
Strong expertise in BFSI products — Insurance, Mutual Funds, Stock Market, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for learners at all levels.
Preferred Work Experience
Experience: 1–3 years in BFSI sector training or related roles.
Prior experience in training sales teams, financial advisors, or clients is a strong plus.
Professional certifications in finance, insurance, or investment products are highly desirable.
