We are seeking a passionate and patient Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children, laying the foundation for lifelong learning. The teacher will implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in literacy, numeracy, arts, physical education, and social development.
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Observe and assess children's progress, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student development, learning goals, and classroom activities.
Foster a respectful, supportive classroom culture aligned with school values and behavioral expectations.
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (required).
Valid teaching certification/license for early childhood or primary grades (as per local regulations).
Prior experience working with children aged 4–6 years preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate instructional practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Basic proficiency with educational technology and tools.
Classroom-based work with occasional outdoor activities.
Requires standing, walking, and engaging in physical activities with children.
May involve lifting or assisting children.
