We are looking for a School Shadow Teacher to join our team HomeShiksha with a strong background in handling Special kids. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their Special needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle special child with patience and care

• Assess, track and report on student progress.

• Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.

• Teach students study skills, note-taking skills and test-taking strategies.

• Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations.

• Encourage interactive and collaborative learning in sessions.

• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with any special education diploma and 0.6-10 years Applicants should have leadership experience and honed skills in areas like test preparations, special education etc.
