Key Responsibilities
Staff Management : Recruit, supervise, and support a team of educators and support staff.

Daily Operations : Oversee daily activities, manage budgets, and ensure the facility meets cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Parent Communication : Communicate with parents about their children's progress and engage them in the center's activities.
Compliance : Ensure the center adheres to all state licensing requirements and regulations.
Business Growth : Manage enrollment and marketing efforts to maintain and grow occupancy and achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Skills Education
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is often required.
Experience : Previous experience as an incharge, coordinator or in a similar management role within a licensed childcare facility is usually required.
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
