The Role: Teaching young people, the skills they need to stay in school and transition from school to sustainable enterprise of her choice.

We are hiring Dynamics Teachers  to go to Government Schools directly and teach girls directly in Government Schools, delivering engaging lessons, that we provide, through stories, games, homework assignments and technology.

Your role will be to teach on-site, bringing technology to life through real-world projects and problem-solving. You'll work through our story-led tech curriculum using laptops, tablets, games and interactive tools. Each day, you’ll help girls imagine, design, and build tech solutions for the world around them.

This is a field-based role—you must be present in schools to deliver sessions, build trust, and guide learning in real time.

Responsibilities

· Teach integrated digital life STEM skills, sustainable enterprise skills to solve for climate change

· Introduce girls to new technologies

· Have a media, writing, video-making streak go light

· Maintain attendance and session reports, write story field updates

· Track student progress and assist with documentation of project outcomes

· Adapt lessons to school settings, teaching indoors or outdoors as needed
