Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Virtual Classroom Management: Conduct live classes using web conferencing software, ensuring active student participation and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

• Assessment & Feedback: Design and administer formative and summative assessments; provide timely and constructive feedback to students.

• Student Support: Offer individualized support to students, addressing their academic challenges and fostering a growth mindset.

• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators and academic coordinators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.

• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest educational technologies and pedagogical approaches.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science or a related field.

• Certification: B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching Social Science at the secondary or senior secondary level.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms and educational technology tools.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Location: Based in India, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
