looking for a passionate and experienced female Sales Training & Development Executive to
elevate our sales team’s performance and drive growth through effective coaching and
leadership.
Role Overview:
This role involves training new and existing sales team members, enhancing their product
knowledge, improving communication and negotiation skills, and helping them overcome
challenges with confidence. You will play a key role in boosting team morale, driving results,
and maintaining high-quality sales standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured sales training to new joiners, ensuring quick onboarding and
process understanding.
• Conduct daily training sessions and doubt-clearing classes for current sales
employees.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs, gaps, and improvement
areas within the sales team.
• Develop and update training materials, sales scripts, and sales development tools.
• Maintain and track daily sales demo records and provide timely updates.
• Consistently explore new strategies and sources to boost team performance and
conversions.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in mentoring the sales team, especially in handling
objections and closing deals.
• Work with confidence under pressure, handling multiple tasks with efficiency and
critical thinking.
• Act as a visionary leader who brings ideas and drives results beyond the expected.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in core sales, sales training, or team management.
• Excellent command over English (verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation skills, confident communicator, and effective trainer.
• Deep understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and product
knowledge delivery.
• Should be quick learner, critical thinker, and multi-tasker with a proactive mindset.
• Passionate about helping others grow, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
during training.
