Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate educators with a strong academic background to join our content team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving academic and competitive exam content tailored to students preparing for school-level, college-level, and government exams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop accurate, engaging, and curriculum-aligned content (MCQs, descriptive questions, video scripts, lesson plans, etc.).

Create study notes, mock tests, practice papers, and explanations for competitive exams.

Develop video scripts and assist in content production for online courses.

Content Review:

Proofread and ensure the quality, accuracy, and clarity of existing educational content.

Review content to align with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.

Research & Curriculum Alignment:

Stay updated with the latest curriculum and exam guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, UPSC, SSC, Banking, etc.).

Conduct research on student learning trends and exam patterns.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia teams.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve content strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject (English, Science, Math, Social Science, etc.)

B.Ed or teaching certification preferred.

Strong command over written English/Hindi and subject-specific language.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 6 month of teaching or content development experience

Prior experience with EdTech platforms, publishing companies, or coaching institutes is a plus.

Key Skills:

Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical understanding.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with digital tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic LMS platforms.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently/remotely.
