Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies and procedures

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including student discipline and staff supervision

Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment

Participate in the hiring and evaluation of teachers and staff

Work with parents and community members to foster positive relationships and support student success

Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the school community

Support the Principal in long-term planning and goal setting for the school

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Education

Previous teaching experience in ICSE curriculum is a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders

Knowledge of educational best practices and current trends in education

Passion for supporting student success and creating a positive school culture
