Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured Physics lessons in line with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, as applicable).
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams (IIT-JEE/NEET, etc.) as per institutional goals.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods that promote analytical thinking and practical application of concepts.
Conduct lab experiments and ensure students gain hands-on experience with Physics apparatus and scientific methods.
Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly; provide constructive feedback.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics.
B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE/ICSE norms).
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred. Fresher postgraduates with strong subject command may also be considered.
Experience in coaching for competitive exams will be an added advantage.
