Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursery and Daycare Teacher, you will:
• Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment for children aged 2-8
years.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with the
preschool's curriculum.
• Foster physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development through interactive and
creative methods.
• Monitor and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and
guardians.
• Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and a love for learning in children.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in the classroom and
daycare areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organize events and ensure seamless communication
with parents.
• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children during daycare hours, ensuring
their comfort and well-being.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a
related field (preferred).
• Minimum 02 years of teaching experience in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Familiarity with early childhood education practices, including Montessori or play-based
learning methods (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children,
parents, and team members.
• Creativity, patience, and adaptability in handling young children with diverse needs.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety protocols.
