STEM Trainer - Job Description

We are looking for a young and passionate person who has at least 1-2 years work experience, preferably in

the Teaching line to Co-ordinate / manage the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics at YFS

schools.

The tasks include:

- Planning / scheduling the programs

- Conducting classes for the students in government schools

- Preparation of science models

- Content Preparation.

- Data capturing and updation;

- Project Documentation

- Update Project info in monthly AHMs w.r.t report preparation and presentation

Selection Criteria

Age 25yrs to 35yrs

Education A degree in the Science field / B.Ed with science knowledge

Languages needed English and Local Kannada language (Must)

Commitment Min. 2 years

Salary Rs.3.0L / Annum

Work Timing 9:30 am – 6 pm

Skills
• Candidate must have good verbal and written communication in

English and Local.

• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, internet,

email, web, etc

Other requirements

• Preference will be given to local candidates

• Passionate about Teaching and the Social Sector

• Able to work flexible hours,

• Good leadership skills with the potential for further development

• Dedication, motivation, drive, ambition, and commitment to the job

• The person should be ready to travel as the work requires 80% field work.

• 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler driving with a valid License will be an added benefit
