Key Responsibilities
Deliver subject-focused tutoring sessions tailored to student needs.
Design and implement engaging, structured lesson plans.
Track student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians.
Motivate students with constructive feedback and positive reinforcement.
Train students in study habits, time management, and exam skills.
Assist in test and exam preparation with proven strategies.
Promote collaborative learning through group activities and discussions.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education / Special Education / relevant subject field.
Experience: 1–3 years of tutoring, teaching, or working with special needs students preferred.
Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Knowledge of test preparation techniques and special education strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
