Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies and modern educational tools.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication in students.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in English language teaching.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Prior teaching experience (1–3 years minimum preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students of various skill levels and backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
