The Product Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering product-related training programs for internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) and external stakeholders (clients, dealers, partners). The role ensures that all participants have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, features, benefits, and usage, enabling them to effectively promote and support the product.
Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Conduct onboarding training for new employees related to product knowledge.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to gather in-depth product insights.
Design product manuals, training materials, FAQs, and learning guides.
Organize workshops, webinars, and refresher training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitor products.
Provide post-training support and resolve product-related queries.
Assist sales teams with product knowledge to improve client engagement and conversion.
