Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor Hindi medium MP Board students in Business Studies.

• Deliver lectures from the office premises and record them for academic purposes.

• Prepare and review study material, PPTs, PDFs, assignments, and assessments.

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure conceptual clarity for students.

• Take online classes occasionally when required.

• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and exam trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior teaching experience with MP Board curriculum preferred.

• Strong command over Business Studies concepts and case studies.

• Comfortable with PDF/PPT creation, digital tools, and online teaching methods.

• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to manage academic responsibilities and deliver results on time.
